As a freelance designer for Squirrel Property Finance, I support the team across a range of brand and marketing projects, working within the established Squirrel identity while adapting the design approach to suit each brief. My work includes brochures, business documents, campaign collateral, event graphics and other print and digital marketing materials.
Working on a freelance basis means moving between different types of projects and requirements, from developing new visual directions through to extending existing brand systems across practical marketing collateral.
100% Turnkey Funding
100% Turnkey Funding was the first major project I developed for Squirrel Property Finance, created for launch at the 2026 Constructive Conference. The brief was to develop a distinctive product identity that could become recognisable in its own right while still sitting clearly within the established Squirrel brand.
I developed the product marque, supporting graphic device and visual direction before extending the identity across launch collateral including presentation graphics, event signage, pull-up banners and a comprehensive builder brochure.
